About Me: I am so lucky to have a job that I love and look forward to coming to everyday. Teaching is my passion. My grandmother always told me “If you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life”. Prior to teaching Second Grade here at St. Patrick School, I worked in special education and behavioral disorders. I graduated with my B.A. from Worcester State University, and am currently in the process of completing my M.E.D. at Salem State University. My goal is to create lifelong learners who a thirst for knowledge. I love to read with my students and encourage them to travel to places you cannot get to by boat, train or plane. Reading takes you to places you cannot even begin to imagine.

Memorable Teaching Moment: My most memorable teaching moments would be the last day of school, my first year here at St. Patrick School. All of us were hysterically crying. You would think that the students would be eager to go start their summer vacation, but they didn’t want to leave. It’s a wonderful feeling to develop such a strong bond, and relationship with both the students and their families.

The true courage is in facing danger when you are afraid, and that kind of courage you have in plenty” – L. Frank Baum, The Wonderful Wizard of Oz.
