Plans are in full swing for May 5th‘s fundraiser at the Four Points Sheraton and ticket forms are coming in at a great pace! We’re pleased by the response we’ve received so far and want to remind those who haven’t had a chance to return their forms to do so soon (NUT slip incentive expires this Friday)! A few reminders and clarifications for questions people have asked:

Tickets & Sponsorships
  • Below you’ll find 3 forms: The Ticket Form, a letter from Fr. Mario & Mr. Fontana about the event, and a Sponsorship Opportunities flyer. If you or any business you work for or do business with might be interested in one of the listed sponsorship opportunities, please let us know. We are hoping to raise a high percentage of our funds via sponsors, so we’d love to hear from you about any ideas you may have.
  • Faculty Sponsorships: We are thrilled by the feedback we’ve received for faculty sponsorships! We’re grateful to be able to offer free or deeply discounted tickets to our teachers. It’s not too late if you’d like to join in!
  • Wine Sponsorships: The attached ticket form has been updated to give you a choice in your mix of white or red wine.
  • NUT slips have been sent home as ticket forms come in, so if you’d like your child(ren) to receive a free NUT slip, please return your form by THIS FRIDAY 4/7. (If you can’t attend the event, you can still purchase a sponsorship that will qualify for a NUT slip.)
Odds and Ends
  • Timing
    • Cocktail Hour, Hors d’oeuvres, and Silent Auction at 6pm
    • Dinner at around 7:15pm
    • Live Auction at around 8pm
    • Music and Dancing at around 8:45pm
    • 50/50 Raffle Drawing before the end of the night
  • Guests: YES! You don’t have to be a St. Patrick School parent to attend the event! Bring your other friends, neighbors, family members, clients, etc. It’ll be a fun night for all.
