St. Patrick School is proud to partner with Collegiate House School Uniforms in Medford.

Collegiate House offers many options for ordering including online and in person store hours.

Tuesday: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
Wednesday: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
Thursday: 11:00 am to 6:00 pm
Friday: 11:00 am to 4:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
Sunday & Monday: closed

Drop off for all grades begins at 7:50am and the school day starts promptly at 8:05am.

Pre-K and Kindergarten Dismissal - 2:40pm

Grades 1-3 Dismissal - 2:40pm

Grades 4-8 Dismissal - 2:45pm

Creating a FACTS Account

To access Family Online Portal:

  • Please go to www.factsmgt.com

  • Select Parent Log In from the menu bar and FACTS Family Online from the drop-down menu.

  • Type in your username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided.

  • After logging in, click on Apply/Enroll in the left menu.

  • Click on the Enrollment/Reenrollment link.

Our Online Enrollment system will open with a link to the enrollment packet for your student. The online process should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Your information will be saved if you need to quit and come back later.

Lunch Program
St. Patrick School partners with local caterer Laurie’s 909 for our lunch program. Laurie’s 909 offers nut free and shellfish free items. Gluten free items are also available. Click here to sign up for an account, see the full menu, and order.

After School Care
After School Care is offered from 3:00pm - 6:00pm daily. We are also open on half days from 11:30am - 6:00pm. If you are interested in enrolling in the After School Program, you can register here.

Health Forms

Protecting God’s Children

Protecting God’s Children is mandatory for all parents and family members who wish to chaperone or assist in the school per the Archdiocese of Boston.

Next workshop: All of the Protecting God’s Children classes are now back to in person. In order to sign up for the class, please email Diane McCarthy.

Once you have completed the PGC course, you will need to forward a copy of the completion certificate to office@stpatrickschoolstoneham.org

CORI Form 2023-2024

Per the Archdiocese, all parents and family members who wish to chaperone or assist in the school MUST fill out a CORI form each year. Once your form is complete, please forward to office@stpatrickschoolstoneham.org with a copy of your driver’s license. If you choose to have the form notarized you do not need to provide a copy of your license.
